Eugene Chen is the managing partner at CS Accounting Solutions and is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations. Eugene has over 15 years of experience in public accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis for multinational companies.
Before becoming a founding partner of CS Accounting Solutions, Eugene provided audit and advisory services while at PricewaterhouseCoopers, UHY Advisors, and KMH LLP.
Eugene received a Master’s in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Hawaii. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Eugene is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Harshana Subasinghe is a founding partner of CS Accounting Solutions and has more than 18 years of experience providing tax and advisory services to various corporate clients.
Prior to working with CS Accounting Solutions, Harshana worked for a Big 4 accounting firm, where he focused on Corporate and Partnership Tax and Forensic Accounting practices.
